Having a rich and varied experience with different banks like State Bank of India, IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank and Barclays Bank, K Subramanian decided to quit banking in May 2010 and formed a universal knowledge and consultancy platform – NumeroUno!

It is his vision to provide Consultancy services on areas such as Financial requirements, Entrepreneurship, International Business & Trade Finance, for companies in India and overseas, agnostic of Industry to which they pertain to.

He is also a visiting Faculty and Trainer to more than 50 Organisations / Colleges across India & Middle East. He has trained more than 10,000 participants in the last 10 years and counting!

Ms. Cassandra Pillai

Partner & Director

Ms. Pillai, a seasoned banker of over 25 years, having worked with leading PSU and PVT Sector Banks, including State Bank and ICICI Bank, has spent most of her career in the niche areas of Trade Finance and International Business. She is now a key stakeholder in the overall objective of ensuring the positive growth trajectory of NumeroUno.

For nearly a decade, she was instrumental in growing various Business verticals of ICICI Bank across Gujrat, handling a variety of roles ranging from team building, new product development, transaction monitoring to overall sales. After coming onboard NumeroUno, Ms.Pillai has channelled that expertise towards creation of newer Associations particularly in the Training and Recruitment space.

With her penchant for creative ideas, she is now the overall in-charge of all the new associations and partnerships that NumeroUno initiates.
