Having a rich and varied experience with different banks like State Bank of India, IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank and Barclays Bank, K Subramanian decided to quit banking in May 2010 and founded NumeroUno – a universal knowledge and consultancy platform!

It is his vision to provide Consultancy services on areas such as Financial requirements, Entrepreneurship, International Business & Trade Finance, for companies in India and overseas, agnostic of Industry to which they pertain to.   He is also a visiting Faculty and Trainer to more than 50 Organisations / Colleges across India & Middle East. He has trained more than 10,000 participants in the last 10 years and counting.

Director – Banking & International Business

Ms. Pillai, a seasoned banker of over 25 years, having worked with leading PSU and Pvt Sector Banks, including State Bank and ICICI Bank, has spent most of her career in the niche areas of Trade Finance & International Business. She is now a key stakeholder in the overall objective of ensuring the positive growth trajectory of NumeroUno. 

For nearly a decade, she was instrumental in growing the Trade Finance and International Business vertical of the Bank handling a variety of roles ranging from team building, new product development, transaction monitoring to overall sales.

With her penchant for creative ideas, she is the overall in-charge of all the new associations and partnerships that NumeroUno initiates.

Operational Change Management

G A Venkatesan, an Engineer, with a career spanning 34 years in the Automobile Industry, has spent the major part of his life with Hero MotoCorp. His expertise lies in areas like Quality control, Purchases & Supply Chain Management. He has been instrumental in the success of various critical cost-saving projects for the company and is now an Advisor and Mentor in his areas of specialization.

He has been instrumental in implementation of key areas of Operational Change Management for our Clients in the manufacturing sector, after quitting his long and rewarding career

Director - Marketing

Clint Xavier, a Dynamic Banking Professional, holding a Business Management Degree with specialization in International Business and having an experience of more than 12 Years in Banking & Industry, has contributed both in handling the Liabilities as well as Asset Business in the SME space. 

The area of his interest being International Trade and Forex, he has been exposed with different kinds of Transaction and advisory services. He is presently associated with our marketing initiatives which includes academics and Skill development as well.
